Stacy Phillips  

Stacy Phillips is universally recognized as one of the world's best resonator guitarists. He has performed and/or recorded with many major artists, including David Bromberg, Judy Collins, Bela Fleck, Leon Redbone, Peter Rowan, Johnny Gimble and Mark O'Connor. He was one of the featured performers on the CD The Great Dobro Sessions, winner of both Grammy and IBMA awards in 1995.

Stacy Phillips is also the author of many popular courses for resonator guitar and lap steel, including "The Art of Hawaiian Steel Guitar".

"Hey Mister Get The Ball"

Originally released in 1986, this album is mostly a swinging mix of jazz and Hawaiian tunes done in traditional swing band style. The last two bonus cuts are from his 1975 album All Old Friends.
